Micropropagation of Wasabi
The tissue culture laboratory is located at our farm and is specialised in the production of high-quality wasabi plantlets. Superior wasabi plants are selected as source material for explants. These are then disinfected with sodium hypochlorite before being established in the lab by culture on a gelled medium for several months.
